SSH users - we are implementing a new process for accessing your account with SSH. This will come into effect on 1st August 2008. Please read this knowledge base article.

Windows 2003 customers - commencing 14th July 2008 our Windows server platform will be upgraded to PHP 5. If your site uses PHP, the following links will advise you as to the likely impact of this move and steps that you can take to minimise any possible problems with your scripts.
