To do this, simply email our accounts department with a copy of your welcome email from your previous hosting company, and a copy of your cancellation notice, and that's it!

We'll not only assist you with moving your website files, we'll help move your domain also. We can assist with making the technical changes (nameservers) to your domain and renew your annual registrar fees if required.
